On May 9, 2025, Colchis and Yangtze University held a software donation ceremony at the university’s Wuhan campus. The event brought together faculty members and Colchis representatives to mark the latest step in their growing collaboration.

Colchis donated 50 licenses each of its two flagship software: ColchisFM, and ColchisRM. In appreciation, the university presented a donation certificate to the company during the event.

Yangtze University’s Deputy Party Secretary Ao Tinghua welcomed the donation, noting its significance for supporting national energy goals and advancing the university’s teaching and research capabilities. He encouraged departments to make the most of the tools and looked forward to more in-depth cooperation with Colchis in the future.

Colchis R&D Director Liu Yi—an alumnus of the university—introduced the company and shared updates on ColchisFM’s latest features. He emphasized Colchis’ mission to develop independent, integrated geoscience solutions and highlighted the company’s interest in long-term academic partnerships.
