Overview
As the forefront of our efforts in the region, work independently with an international multi-disciplinary team for sales of software products. Domestic and international travel will be required to support business development activities and associated industry events.
Responsibility
•Work as an integral part of our international team
•Become the go-to person for activities in the region
•Drive revenue growth in the region
•Oversee the delivery of high-quality projects and solutions to our clients
•Work with our business development team to maintain a robust opportunity pipeline
•Keep abreast of industry developments to ensure Colchis is suitably placed to respond to future client requirements/projects and emerging trends
•Support the hiring of new team members
•Support identification of academic and industrial partners and drive associated relationship building and collaboration
•Identify opportunities for partnerships and M&A
•Ability to travel and work global as required

Responsibility
•Identify and develop new business opportunities from global carriers and sales channels through various activities, including face to face meetings, networking events nd presentations, exhibitions, social media and direct callings.
•Review & analysis the market situation and report to senior management periodically.
•Conduct deep-dive research to provide context for potential opportunities; establish strong assumptions for financial analysis when comprehensive information is not available
•Source and develop market intelligence available to the team as well as other departments, including monitoring of news and other sources of public information
•Build and deepen client relationships, proactively suggesting new ideas and opportunities to add value to our client’s businesses
•Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market, including key trends, competitive analysis

Overview
Onsite support enginneer is responsible for installing, supporting and training our software systems in customers' office.
When not in the field, duties include office-based client support, software testing, and involvement in online client training and documentation of clients requirements and feedbacks.
Responsibility
•Providing consultancy and technical support for all aspects of the company’s software to customers;
•Providing software training to customers;
•Work closely with R&D team, providing feedbacks to the team for the improvement of the software products;
•Assuming presales role for business development to promote software sales within client's internal organization and the ME region.
